Jason Liu – Controller
Mr. Liu joined Hudson in September 2011 as Controller, with responsibility for leading Hudson’s Accounting group, overseeing the financial reporting and tax preparation functions for all of Hudson’s funds and operating entities. With nearly 20 years of accounting and auditing experience, Mr. Liu is responsible for developing and implementing efficient, integrated financial reporting systems and procedures for Hudson’s investment portfolio. Mr. Liu’s most recent position prior to joining Hudson was Manager of Accounting and Reporting for SS&C GlobeOp in New York, a leading independent fund administrator for hedge funds and private equity funds. Prior to that, Mr. Liu was an experienced Audit Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he managed audit engagements for domestic and international investment funds, including private equity real estate funds. Mr. Liu began his public accounting career with Grant Thornton in New York, where he supervised and performed third-party financial statement audits for his clients across a variety of industries. Mr. Liu earned his B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and he is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of AICPA.
