Grace Miller – Managing Director, Loan Asset Management
Ms. Miller joined Hudson Realty Capital in July 2007*. As a Director, Ms. Miller oversees Hudson’s loan servicing and disposition efforts. Ms. Miller, who has filled several key roles in her career at Hudson, is uniquely qualified for her current position as a result of her strong experience in both real estate asset management and in banking. The Loan Asset Management group is responsible for the servicing, work out/restructuring, and disposition of loans totaling over $400 million, acquired through portfolio purchases from financial institutions and the FDIC. Previously at Hudson, she was responsible for the asset management of several of Hudson’s most complex debt and equity investments, overseeing more than $100 million invested in a variety of property types. Prior to joining Hudson Realty Capital on a dedicated basis, Ms. Miller worked at Questor and as an independent consultant from 1995, performing financial analysis and due diligence on portfolio acquisitions valued over $5.8 billion. Ms. Miller’s previous experience also includes establishing an asset management division for Hewitt, Olson and Associates of Florida, which managed and disposed of distressed real estate under a contract with the Resolution Trust Corporation, where she established monitoring and reporting systems for managing both performing and distressed real estate portfolios. Ms. Miller received her B.A. from Wittenberg University.
