Heather Mutterperl – Managing Director, Fund Asset Management
Ms. Mutterperl joined Hudson Realty Capital in August 2008. As a Director, Ms. Mutterperl is responsible for Hudson’s Fund Asset Management group, overseeing the operations of the department and staff. She is integral to the coordination of Hudson’s interdisciplinary review of each asset in the portfolio, development of and management to asset business plans, and support of the department’s seasoned staff. In addition, Ms. Mutterperl is personally responsible for the asset management of several of Hudson’s more complex investments. Prior to joining Hudson Realty Capital, she was responsible for originating, underwriting and servicing mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments totaling $110 million for TriLyn, LLC. Prior to that, Ms. Mutterperl spent five years in the real estate group at Investcorp International, Inc. where she was responsible for a $500 million portfolio of equity investments including condo development projects, office buildings, retail centers and multi-family properties. In addition, she arranged the financing and disposition for over 50 assets totaling over $1.5 billion. Ms. Mutterperl’s other experience includes managing a portfolio of opportunistic investments of all property types for PaineWebber’s proprietary real estate fund, as well as originating mezzanine loans and asset managing a portfolio of CMBS for Clarion Capital. Ms. Mutterperl received her M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business and her B.S. in Facilities Management from Cornell University.
