Hudson Realty Capital LLC was founded in 2002 as a middle market capital provider. Since its inception, Hudson has invested in transactions totalling over $3.8 billion including all asset types and across all regions of the United States. The firm’s 36 real estate professionals have a wide range of expertise including sourcing, underwriting, legal/closing, distribution, asset management, loan servicing and work-out, development, and disposition.
Hudson takes a interdisciplinary approach to real estate investing; our founders and senior management are directly involved throughout the investment process. Our experienced professional staff members are actively engaged in developing asset business plans, monitoring investment performance, and adjusting to changing market forces as required.
Hudson is headquartered in New York, NY and maintains an office in Fort Myers, Florida. We are 100% employee owned and minority owned company.
